Check Logfiles for windows.

Hi.

I have trouble finding a good check / plugin for checking logfiles on a windows server.
This is not Windows Event logs, but applikasjon logs (for applikasjons running on windows)

What I want is a check that looks for a certain "string" or "phrase" in logfiles (or text files)
Do you have any suggestion?

I have tried googling this, but I didn't get any good ideas / hit.
(lots of Windows Event log articles.. )

I'm running NagiosXI.
On my windows clients I have NSClient++ and NCPA.
I can install other tools if necessary and different versions of NSClient++ / NCPA.

The native CheckLogFile module in NSClient++ is probably your best option for a Windows environment.
