Status Summary for All Host Groups screen

Ok, somehow I have lost the nicely formatted Status summary for all host groups.

I can click on Hostgroup Summary, but I get the old nagios host group summary, not the one that gets displayed in NagiosXI.

I just installed the new plugins from an update email I got from Nagios, was working fine as I tested things out. Screen was good.

Then I added a new host and now I get the old Nagios status, not the NagiosXI host summary.

What can I check to see what happened?

Can you post a screenshot including the URL at the top? If the URL is sensitive, you can PM it to me. If you decide to PM it, you must update this thread for it to come back up on our support dashboard.

Ok, hope I have done this right. Not tried to add screeshots before.

Basically Screen1 is the hostgroup summary that I have added to the main dashboard.

But screen2 shows what I get when I click on HostGroup Summary from the Main Home Screen.
It used to come up like screen1.

It still works when I add the HostGroup Summary to a dashboard, just not from the Main Home Scren.

This might be easier in a ticket. [email protected]. If you do go that route, please reference this ticket.

I'm interested in the output of history (use a code block or PM). I'd also be interested in your profile, particularly the Apache logs. As far as the profile, you can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the Download Profile button towards the top. If for whatever reason you *cannot* download the profile, please put the output of View System Info (5.3.4+, Show Profile if older) in the thread (that will at least get us some info). This will give us access to many of the logs we would otherwise ask for individually. If security is a concern, you can unzip the profile take out what you like, and then zip it up again. We may end up needing something you remove, but we can ask for that specifically.

After you PM the profile, please update this thread (or, of course, you can send it in the ticket!). Updating this thread is the only way for it to show back up on our dashboard.

Can you also PM the output of the history command or put it in a code block here?

Also, can you post or PM a screenshot of your Admin --> System Settings?
