Can you open the /usr/local/nagios/var/status.dat file, search for the hoststatus entry for that host and post all of the settings here so we can view them?
In the XI GUI, when you go to that host, does it show that the host has been acknowledged?

We will likely need to inspect a system profile in order to debug the problem. Can you send a system profile from Admin -> System Config -> System Profile to [email protected] opening a ticket and please reference this forum thread. Thanks!
