Re: Mistakes to Delete Contacts or Services.
You'll need to delete the services before the hosts.
Before you embark on that task though, go to Config File Manager toward the bottom on the left pane in the CCM. Then delete files, write files, and verify files. That may give you a different error that may help you pin down the situation. If it does give a different error, please post it.
Did you recently import a bunch of configs from another setup?
Also, can you PM me your Profile? That will help determine if there is something else strange going on. You can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the Download Profile button towards the top. If for whatever reason you *cannot* download the profile, please put the output of View System Info (5.3.4+, Show Profile if older) in the thread (that will at least get us some info). This will give us access to many of the logs we would otherwise ask for individually. If security is a concern, you can unzip the profile take out what you like, and then zip it up again. We may end up needing something you remove, but we can ask for that specifically.
After you PM the profile, please update this thread. Updating this thread is the only way for it to show back up on our dashboard.

Re: Mistakes to Delete Contacts or Services.
Hello, Thank you for your help.
I uploaded the file.
Whenever I tried to remove services, I saw the same error.
There seems to be a problem with the contacts.

Re: Mistakes to Delete Contacts or Services.
It could be that the config in the Core Config Manager are out of sync with the running configurations and that is causing that error.
To sync them up and to resolve the error, follow this procedure.
Go to the Core Config Manager
Under "Tools", click "Write Config Files" or if you are running a newer versions of XI, The menu is called "Config File Management"
Click the click the "Write" button, then the "Delete" button then click the "Write" button and then the "Verify" button
If you get any errors, resolve them and click on the "Delete" button, "Write", "Verify" until all of the errors are resolved.
Click the Apply Configuration link and click the "Apply Configuration" button after all of the errors are resolved.
Let us know how it works out for you.
