User defined macros

Hi,

Is there anyway for a user (admin or other) to define their own macro? For instance, to have only the message field of the last log message matching a query instead of the whole log entry.

We have a feature request(ID 10709) in the system for this. At this time there isn't an expected release date/version but it is planned for future releases.
