PHP Upgrade

Tried this last summer - wondering if there is an update:

The last 3 security assessments dinged us for the outdated version of php. I’ve been told that we can’t update because of Nagios. Have attempted an upgrade, but has bombed.

I’m wondering if there has been any updates. Is Nagios going to support the latest version of php?

What are the vulnerabilities? Red Hat backports security fixes: https://access.redhat.com/security/updates/backporting

What version of CentOS/RHEL are you on?
