Nagios XI upgrade & integration with ServiceNow

Hi,

I am following the below kb article to integrate Servicenow with Nagios but I am getting error "Connection to Service-Now Failed: 302 Found"

[root@sb-centos ~]# /usr/local/nagios/libexec/sn_ticketer.pl --page='incident.do' --buildmap
Config loaded.
Connecting to: https://*****:*****@*****.service-now.com/incident.do?WSDL
Connection to Service-Now Failed: 302 Found

Any sort of help will be greatly appreciated.

This would appear to be a ServiceNow issue or a configuration issue, based upon: https://community.servicenow.com/thread/153002

I would suggest using their forums, but if you are unable to get help there, please let us know.
