Hello,
I'm facing the same problem with google map. Because the devices have the same coordinates, they overlap each other.
Is there any solution to this, except defining hostgroups and services?

That is not a protected component, so you could download it and modify it to your needs. If you do that, you'll want to name it something else so it does not get overwritten at a later date.
As mentioned in the original thread, we do have an internal feature request already filed for adding this functionality (task_id=9698) - "Task Detail: Nagios XI Feature Request: Nagios XI - Google Maps component to allow hostgroups".
I would check back in December if you have not heard any news on this feature request by then. As of right now, we are focused on 5.4.5. New features will not be included until 5.5.0.
