Port restart configuration

Hi Team,
There are 2 applications running 8011 and 8012 ports and i can see these in services. it is working fine.
Configure, Reconfigure and NOtification is working fine that we are getting CRITICAL messages.

What we want is that :
* whenever the PORT application is down, we need it to RESTART it automatically ?

how can i make configuration for the other NRPE error and other critical error on this pic / snapshot ?

please help on this , how can we do this.
