What version of XI were you running previously that was scheduling correctly?
I can see if I can get the recurringdowntime.pl script for that version and post it here.

Whatever the last version was 5.4.3?

I tested the downtime issue on a 5.4.3 server and it failed in that version.
The last time the recurringdowntime.pl script was changed was last year so I would guess the bug was in there that long ago.

It is a combination of the day, month, year, day of the week bug.

So, I just need to wait until this is fixed? Do I just cancel out the schedules or how/what do I need to do so these hosts are properly monitored?

You would have to delete the recurring downtime schedules that are incorrect and put them back after Sunday.
