Problem applying new support plan to XI server

We purchased an updated support plan for our "unlimited" XI server. We have followed the steps to get the license activated and have an "activation key", but there is not a place to enter this under "Admin->License Information".

The License page on our Nagios server says "Activation Status: Activated" but also shows "Maintenance Status: EXPIRED ON 2017-05-15 - Renew Now". We've tried the "Update License" button, "remove key", and the "renew now link". None of these seemed to help (the last takes us to the Nagios web page).

How can we get our new support plan activated?

Also, the "Customer Support" forum gives me a "You are not authorised to read this forum" or I would have asked this question there.

RHEL 6.9 x86_64

Manual Install
We do use TLS, but no proxy or the like

Most likely [email protected] is the best way to resolve both of these issues. They will definitely take care of the forum access issue.

As for the activation issue, *if* sales sends you back to support, the best thing to do would be to email [email protected] and reference this forum. The email will get you under the SLA. If you get a bounceback on the email, you'll need to talk to sales about getting your email address added.
