Is there any programmatic way to implement 2 way communication between Nagios and Ticketing Tool to acknowledge and add comments in Nagios when an alert is triggered and creates incident in ITSM Tool?

Your remote system can call something to trigger these commands:

I'm not aware of any existing agents which can do this eg NRDP, NSCA so you'd likely need to build that from scratch.
