Modify [parents,hostgroups,servicegroups] popup window

In the Nagios XI Core Configuration Manager, when editing a host or service, you have the option of modifying the parents, hostgroups and servicegroups for the host or service. The popup window that comes up when you modify one of those variables needs a filter function.

There are only two ppl working on that project currently and while I have communicated with one of them there are plenty of other issues they need to be working on. I'd almost assume that they are already aware of this issue and are reminded repeatedly about it from time to time.

That's not to say to not report these issues, just that we are going to record the issue for every one to see and file them by priority.
