Can't delete contact

Good morning,

I'm not able to delete a contact because of the dependent relationships to hosts and services. How do I remove the relationships so I can delete the contact?

Go to the CCM->Contacts, click on the contact that you would like to remove, then click on the "Relationship" (info) button. View the relationships, to find out from which hosts/services you need to remove the contact prior to deleting it.

Note: This could be a tedious task, especially if you have the contact added to many hosts/services. It's a lot easier to use the Bulk Mod Tool that comes with Nagios XI Enterprise Edition.

CCM > Tools > Bulk Modifications Tool > Remove Contact
