Probably the best thing to do is to submit a ticket at [email protected]. That way it will be assigned to a tech that can followup. We don't really have a way to do that through the forums.
If you get a bounce back, that is because whoever set up the account did not put your email on the approved list. You'll need to reach out to [email protected] to get such an issue resolved. It's no extra charge, they just handle the account side of things.
