Got it fixed, thanks to Troy.
Watch the next release of his check if you encounter a similar issue.

Note: was due to one of our servers not responding correctly and the script stopping because of the failure. So if you do have this issue: check your hosts manually in the vsphere web console and see if you get any errors accessing the hosts information page. If you do: fix it
