network error

In our network devices we found the errors are
1.ERROR: No response from remote host : UNKNOWN
2.ERROR: Description table : No response from remote host

Are these SNMP based checks? Typically this means the remote device's SNMP agent isn't returning results in a timely fashion. Are you able to use snmpwalk/snmpget to correctly return the results from the remote device's SNMP agent?

Can you share the service/host definitions associated with these failing checks? A tech may be along to request a system profile, so it might benefit you to have that ready.

You may want to post the make and model number of the devices you are trying to monitor so we can search for how to enable SNMP polling on them.
