It is hard to say on what is causing the issue as the profile you sent in didn't have any errors to trouble shoot this.
Also, we would have to look at the log files as the issue is happening to get an idea of what is happening.

You could open up a support ticket by sending an email to [email protected] if your email address is registered to your account.
If you get a reject email back when sending to that address, you will have to contact the Sales Department at [email protected] to get your contact information added to your account.
