n00b questions

Hi there,

I am a server admin (all windows server) I have installed nagios on a VM and configured a few machines inside my own network to monitor, all is well.

I am having issues with ones outside my network, but that is for a different time.

My main hold up is getting all of the machines / servers / groups added. I think i am missing just simple things. I was wondering if there was a add on that allowed me to add servers / machines / groups through the web interface? eventually i plan to add about 300 devices to it and to do it through a interface would make like so much quicker!

I also wanted to add some other SNMP traps for various services running on the server such as DHCP and exchange, i didnt know if i could create a group for default services i wanted to monitor and then just add them into each machine etc

Are you just running Nagios Core or Nagios XI?
