Cuztomize Notification Message

Hi,

Does anyone know of documentation that I could use to customize the notification messages that Nagios sends to a contact group when it finds a problem?
I found a doc on how to customize a user’s message notification but didn’t find one for customizing a message notification for a contact group.

Just to be clear:
You can customize the message notification for a NagiosXI user, correct.

Yes, there just isn't a way at this time to change the messages for multiple users at one time.
