I’ve tried to create host (both using Wizard, using template, and without using template and not associate to any template/group)
And Nagios automatically associate several service checking, which I didn’t asked for –
CPU Stats, Disk Usage, Memory Usage, Open Files, SSH Server, Swap Usage, Users
I didn’t select Linux template (which seems that it is Linux testing).
Even If I’ve selected Windows template, I got the same issue
Also creating host without any thing associated to it, with dummy testing, I’ve got this (without the dummy testing)
Please advise.
We are using version 5.4.7 on the virtual appliance version.
Problem with creating new host
Re: Problem with creating new host
If you ran the Linux wizard against a Windows host, or just generally ran a Wizard against something unintentionally, it might help to start from scratch by removing the host and it's associated services by hand using the Core Config Manager.
This documentation covers the basics of the Core Config Manager:

Please PM one of us a copy of your profile, you can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the Download Profile button in the top right corner, it will include the configuration files so that we can determine why it is occurring.
Thank you

Hello mosheh007,
/welcome to the forum/
I don't suppose that you have those services:
Just an idea- sure ssax/mcapra can troubleshoot it for you once they have profile.

...tied to a hostgroup, which then you place the new hosts in? You can check in the CCM that mcapra linked guide for.CPU Stats, Disk Usage, Memory Usage, Open Files, SSH Server, Swap Usage, Users

Re: Problem with creating new host
I don't have permission to PM, so I cannot send the configuration...
(someone can fix that?)
I even tried to start as a clear manual add host, and same results.
I've tried to run wizard, selecting other template, like switch template, which is ICMP only testing, and got the same results

Re: Problem with creating new host
I've found the cause for my issue.
There was a host group with * on the assigned host
