Hi,
Recently we are experience q wired issue where check is changing a state to a critical due to a timeout, it stuck like that until we are re-scheduling the check manually.
Do you know why and how can it be fixed?

Can you provide more details on this like your system configuration and the Nagios log file?

Just checking in since we have not heard from you in a while. Did @avandemore's post clear things up or has the issue otherwise been resolved?

Hi.
As a matter of fact, I realized why does it happen.
Whenever you open a check and click on the "Acknowledge" , the "sticky" option is checked by default. How can I remove it?

In the XI GUI, you can change the default setting for the Sticky option.
Login to the GUI and go to the Admin > System Settings menu and in there, you can set the Acknowledgement Defaults: to the way you want.
