Bulk Edit Host and Services for notirfications

Hello Support,

Is there a way to Bulk edit a host and all the services that are being monitored to add/remove parties to be notified? We have had to go into each service associated with the host in addition to the host to add a new notification group.

This is very time consuming and not practical.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you go to Configure -> Core Configuration Manager -> Bulk Modifications, that should do what you are looking for. It's part of the Enterprise Edition features, so if you have not purchased those you can enable the trial from that page (if it has not been started already).

Another way would be to use contact groups if you don't need to get incredibly granular, then you can assign the group to the hots/services instead of using individual contacts, and when you need to add/remove someone you just modify the group.
