Cannot Download Capacity Planning Report for Nagios XI

We are not able to download the capacity planning report for our Nagios xi version. Other Report are getting downloaded except Capacity Planning.

Which version of XI and is it trial, licensed, or enterprise? Also, can you tell me exactly the steps your taking to download the report and what is happening? Any error message? also can you run the following command and post the result:
