You will need to remove the "-n" flag from your command.

Note: there are other ways to set this up. This is just an example. You can create a command on the Windows side of things (in nsclient.ini) and call it via check_nrpe, passing arguments, defined on the XI server. You can create a custom command (modify the check_nrpe command), etc. Nagios is very flexible product. So, give this a try and let us know if you get stuck on something. Thanks!
