Instead of running this:

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reset_config_perms
try running this:

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reset_config_perms.sh
If you are still having issues after running the "reset_config_perms.sh" script, go to the CCM > Configuration Snapshots, click on the Download and View Command Output actions buttons next to the newest failed snapshot (it will be colored in red), and PM me (or anyone on the Nagios team) the "tar.gz" file and the full output from the "View Command Output" window.

Also, post your sudoers file.

We received the info that you PM-ed us, and will be looking into it. However, from the screenshot that you posted, it's obvious that you were not able to reset the permissions. Did you run the "reset_config_perms.sh" script as "root"? Try rerunning the script as root as post the output.

Also, send us the "/etc/sudoers" file as requested. It seems like you forgot to do send it your PM.

To view the sudoers file, run the following in a shell

Code: Select all

sudo cat /etc/sudoers
That will print the file to the shell so you can copy the information from that screen and post it here.
