No Data showing in GUI

Post by rcaparros »

NA Centos 7 build, we have files growing (.pid, bandwidth.rrd, etc) we have also files in /flow folder. However, we are getting 'no data' on the gui.

TIA

The 2 causes of what you are seeing it that the NNA server's time is not set and not in sync with the device that is sending the flow data. Make sure the time is correct.
The other is that the device it not sending the flow data correctly and we would have to know the make and model of the device and the configuration as well.

NTP settings are good. As for the model of devices, we have all VMS running centos 6.5.

Thanks

What is the make and model of the device that is sending the flow data?
What port is it sending the flow data to the NNA server?
Can you post the configuration settings for the device that is sending the data?
