All my wizard are failing

I am new into this Nagios thing, I am trying Nagios Xi.
'I've just installed but one of the wizards are completing successfully.
I've tried HTTP, Exchange.

There any steps to make the wizard work..??????

here is how I installed the.
1- downloaded the vm
2- used the vm converter to add it to my infrastructure.
3- run it.

When you say they are failing, what exactly is happening?

If you have a configuration problem before you run a wizard, if you keep running new wizards it will still error writing the final configuration.

If this is the problem, it is best to look at the Output from the last Failed config
Go to Admin -> Config Snapshots
click the paper icon next to the disk and look for the errors.

Once you fix the errors in the Core Config Manager, you should be able to apply the configuration, and all the wizards you ran in the meantime will show up...
