Unable to save configuration

Unable to save configuration

Having an issue where i install a fresh copy of nagios XI and attempting to save configuration does not save and makes no changes.

Any help would be much obliged.

what error is being returned? generally this means you have a config error somewhere that needs to be fixed, before Nagios will start.

When you say save configuration are you finishing a wizard, applying configuration or just making changes in the CCM?

Was this a source install or pre-configured VM?
What OS was it installed on?
