NRDP ALERTING NOTIFICATION

Hello,

I have nagioslogserver and have setup NRDP notifications using queries. When the query goes to CRITICAL, the NRDP alerts are sent out. When the NRDP alert goes back to OK, the NRDP alerts are not sent out.

Can you please advise if there is a way to resolve this issue.

In NLS, do you have the "only alert for warnings and critical" checkbox checked on the alert definition?

Then that is the reason why you are only seeing alerts for WARNING and CRITICAL but not OK. You will want to clear that checkbox. That way, NLS will send alerts to Nagios when the service is in OK, WARNING, or CRITICAL.
