Cost of a support call on a per-call basis?

Hello,

Our Nagios support renewal is about up and my manager and I were discussing if our needs dictated adding the 5-phone-call support bundle. He asked me to find out what the per-call charge would be if we called the support line without purchasing a bundled package. I don't see anything like that on the website. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Someone in your org will need to email [email protected] to get pricing details. However, I'm not aware of anything on a per-call basis.
