Upgrade not working

HI,

I have an available update to apply to Nagios XI. When I run the upgrade using the GUI it runs through and appears to work (it says complete). However, it still says reports the old version and hasn't applied the upgrade.

Any ideas?

Command line is always better than the GUI

It looks like you installed your original version from the RPM-based package. You would need to upgrade using the yum update command and not from the GUI.
