Ho to collect NagiosXI performnce data before & after Tunin

Hi Team,

We have 100 + NagiosXI database servers to be monitored. We are in phase of NagiosXI performance tuning. We need to collect before tuning data for the comparison purposes.
Request you to share the best practices to measure and compare before and after tuning the performance of nagiosXI system.
What key points we should collect and compare to be sure of performance improvements.
