Nagios XI notifications

I currently have the trial of Nagios XI setup to monitor about 8 servers just for whether they are up or down. I have my company email setup to receive the notifications and it sends to my SMS number as well. That works without issue, but when I try to make it notify multiple email contacts, it does not send to those additional contacts, however it does still send to my email.

I've verified that the email accounts for those additional contacts are working properly, I also made sure the settings for the contacts in nagios are the same as the default Nagios admin.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, or if it's just a limitation of the trial version. Any help is appreciated.

Please send me a copy of your profile, you can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the Download Profile button in the top right corner.

Also, are the additional email addresses on the same domain as your email address? Can you send a screenshot of the account setup for one of the addresses not receiving emails?

I was able to figure it out. It appears that I had to add the users under admin > manage users. During the setup of the user I checked the box "create as monitoring contact". Afterwards, I set my monitored hosts to send notifications to that additional contact and the notifications were coming through to multiple contacts. Thanks for the quick reply anyways. This thread can be marked as solved.
