View Performance graph problem

Hi

we have a Nagios XI version 5.4.4 VM machine ,we are facing a problem with View Performance graph as attached .

the view performance graph stop working for unknown reason and it works again by typing the below command (for example disk usage performance graph)

rm -rf All_Disks_Usage.rrd

please your help to know the reason for this behavior
