Nagios to OMS integration

I have to do Nagios to OMS integration so that Nagios alerts would go to OMS console.

As per above link I have completed first 3 steps
1. Grant the user omsagent read access to the Nagios log file (/usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log)
2. Modified omsagent.conf file
3. Restarted omsagent daemon.

I have to setup alerts on OMS now. But do not know how to do this alert setup. Has anybody worked on this integration and help me to do step-by-step configuration.
