You can use a program like WinSCP to connect to the service and copy the file over.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Thanks! Got the file and the config looks good but for some reason it doesn't appear to be running. Can you also take a look at /usr/local/nagios/var/status.dat ? Ideally, just search for the DEN-WBS-PDEV02 host and post its details. It should be in a section that looks like:

Yes..still status of pending and status information of host check is pending.
