Upgrade to 2.3 says successful, but not showing new version

I just updated to 2.3 and the CLI says that it completed successfully, but then when I check for updates in the GUI it's still showing 2.2.3. What do?

Hi @snapon_admin,

Did you just do a ./upgrade without installing the latest tar? Follow these steps to upgrade your Network Analyzer through the CLI.

I did have a 2.2.3, then I just ran the ./upgrade command, and it didn't work just as yours.

So I followed the doc, and it worked!

Yep that's definitely the exact procedure I followed.

Ah okay, have you tried rebooting the system?

Try that and see if anything changes. Currently trying to find a way of pinpointing your problem.

After the reboot, can you run the following command and post it here?

This will show us what version of NNA is installed on the server.

Rebooted and still saying version 2.2.3, even with that command.

Lets clear out the yum errors from when you tried to upgrade by running the following as root.

yum clean all

Then run the upgrade again as it looks like it didn't really do the upgrade.
To verify that you are installing the latest version and the NNA install is extracted to the /tmp folder, you can run the following command.

cat /tmp/nagiosna/nagiosna/basedir/html/naversion

If it is 2.3.0, it should output this.

Ok, so the one that was downloaded was apparently 2.2.3, I re-ran the get and got the right version so I'm upgraded now, but now I'm getting a 404 whenever I go to any page except the main one, and on the main page nothing is displaying. This is moderately critical so urgency on getting this corrected would be appreciated.

I'm also trying to restore from the backup I made but I'm not sure that completed properly either, this is what's in /store/backups/nagiosna:
