Cpu,Memory, Temp is not discovered for router and switch
We have Dell and HP switches/routers. We have discovered the devices with router/switch wizard in Nagios XI. we are able to see only interfaces in/out bits. other metrics are not discovered such as memory, cpu, temp, fan speed, uptime and all. can some help us to discover this metrics in Nagios xi.

Do you get any useful messages if you use the SNMP walk wizard? https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... Wizard.pdf
Are you able to get these metrics from any other tool (such as an snmpwalk from the command line)? Are you sure the routers are making this information available? Do you have the model of a particular switch or router we could work with to try to get you going?

I am unable to do snmpwalk now. it was working initially, but now snmpwalk is not working. even though we have enabled the snmp in all the devices.

If you know the specific OID's you want to monitor you can run the generic SNMP wizard and add them.
Many of the basic OID's may be the same as those used in the Linux SNMP wizard, and you could try using that and pull most of the data without knowing the OID's
For specific items like Fan speed, you are going to need to know the OID's for your specific device and them add them, OR find a plugin that can be used to extend Nagios XI from the Nagios Exchange
https://exchange.nagios.org/
Here's some info on adding plugins to Nagios XI
