Configure SMS Gateway for receiving alerts

Hi Nagios Team,

We dont want to use SMS device for sending alerts. Instead of SMS device, we want to configure SMS gateway for sending alerts.

Please help me to configure this.

Most major US providers are provided, but you made need to add more as necessary.

I have configured the gateway in the commands section as we have URL based SMS gateway.
