It looks like we actually have a kb article on running PowerShell scripts and making it work through Nagios.

The article explains it better, but ultimately you would have the PowerShell script added into the nsclient.ini file.
As you add the external script into the nsclient.ini file, then you would test the PowerShell script using NRPE from your Nagios Server.
