I would guess that the partial restore from before setup the MYSQL database and when running the A-subcomponents script, it tried to do it again and displayed the error.
If everything is working, you can probably not worry about it.
When migrating 32 bit performance data to a 64 bit system, you will have to convert the data if you still want to keep the history.
If you don't care about the history, you will need to remove the 32 bit files so they can be recreated.
