Nagios hardware requirements review

Hi Team ,

As per below link , nagios has provided the hardware requirements as 1:5 host:services ratio.

Currently we have 1:10 host:service ratio and it will increase in future. Please find the attached screenshot and advice us whether we need to increase our resources.

All nagios servers are running on VM.

The hardware requirements are a really rough guidelines however the real test is how is your machine running?

I don't see any problems with your setup, but lost of factors have big impacts like the plugins you use and frequency of checks.

If each of the machines are running well and have 40%+ free disk space you should be doing fine.
