Performance Graphs not showing

Hi,

In our nagios xi server, Performance Graphs is not generating for newly added devices. as checked data is not getting created for newly added devices in /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata. please help us to solve the issue

Are you still receiving performance data for existing devices?

How long are you waiting as the data starts populating after about 10-15minutes.

If all of this sound correct, can you post your nagios.cfg and /usr/local/nagios/var/npcd.log as well as the output of the commands in this document
