Re: Nagios IM Integration component
What you are showing doesn't look like the Nagios IM component, it is something adding a comment, not sending an alert.
Can you show this on the IM side?

This is not from Nagios Incident Manager. This must be from some other 3rd party incident management softwaresac1472 wrote:see attachment for IM logs of that incident.

Re: Nagios IM Integration component
That module was designed specifically for Nagios Incident Manager. It is/was a bonafide Nagios product. This module was not designed to be used generically with incident management software. It's designed specifically for Nagios Incident Manager. I sincerely doubt it will work with any product other than Nagios Incident Manager.
If you could tell us what software you wish to integrate, additional advice may be offered. The Nagios Exchange is generally a good place to start.

We have integrated that with BMC Remedy. It's working fine. but there are some issues like incident getting raised even in schedule downtime.

As @mcapra mentioned, the module you are using is for Nagios Incident Manager.
Are you still using that component in relation with BMC Remedy?
Have you checked the Nagios Exchange for anything regarding BMC Remedy?
https://exchange.nagios.org/
Did you use any document when integrating BMC Remedy with Nagios? Or are you using Event Handlers?
