How can I create an action bottun for service/host?
My goal is to open a Ticket(case) on my ticket system when I need that, by pushing on the button.
The scenario is that, when I receive an critical or warning mail alert I have a link on my email to go on Nagios server and see that alert and take action.
I wanna have one of the action to open a ticket in my ticket system.
How can I do that?
About the action I will create a script that will send an email to my Ticket system with the service/host details and the severity level.
