Hi team,
I have come to know that he plugin you have to monitor memory is not able to give extract cache memory from output (as there is not any OID for Memory used (extracting cache memory)) so now i"m using another plugin named check_centreon_memory (plugin is attached.) .
Now i"m not getting graphs from Nagios XI. Please find below details which can be helpful.

I have also attached advanced tab of 2 memory services one with new plugin which have problem and another one with old plugin.
What i think is the output in performance tab is different that is why its not showing error if yes then please modify our attached script or give any script by which we can have output of actual ram utilization (excluding cache memory)
Graph not coming for new plugin.

Thanks @tacolover101!
Take a look at the article to see some troubleshooting for performance graphs.
As for modifying the perl script, that is out of the scope of what we do here in the Nagios Support Forum.
