I wish that NAGIOS can send e-mails when a filesysteme exceeds a limit.
It has been 3 days since I am on the subject. I walk round and round.
My e-mail conf works there is no problem. But I do not manage to configure Nagios so that it sends e-mails.
How to configure a mail sender simply ... I'm lost
Nagios services generate notifications. Notifications generate commands. Those commands typically send email. If you're doing everything right but not getting email, you'll need to diagnose your email issues. My hunch, though, is that you do not have notifications set up correctly.
