Please suggest, how to add Nagios User Experience monitoring to all Hosted sites with login credentials where i have approx 50 users

Not sure what you mean by "User Experience" monitoring exactly, but Selenium is a good option if you have a bunch of different sites with specific workflows you need to ensure are working:
