Good morning guys, Can anyone tell me how to shrink the history records to 3 months in Nagios XI. I mean, we want to keep only 3 months of monitoring data.
All your help would be really appreciate it!

As far as limiting performance graphs lifetime, it is not supported as of right now. However, Nagios XI is averaging and significantly shrinking old performance data. And because of that, it doesn't make much sense to remove old history data from the memory perspective.
Is the storage space your main concern? Have you checked your disk and found out that some log files take a lot of space?
